Buffer overrun is also known as a buffer overflow, It is a condition at an interface under which more input can be placed into a buffer or data holding area that the capacity allowed, overwriting other information. The attackers utilize a well-conditioned system to spoil or insert some specially crafted codes that code helps them to get controls of the computer or system. Basics of buffer overrun flow are programming errors when a process attempts to share data beyond the limits of a fixed and sized buffer.
